SENIOR LEADERSHIP

In 1997, Mark partnered with Murray Dow to co-found The Dow Hotel Company. As Senior Vice President – Hotel Investments, he led all the firm’s property acquisition efforts as well as procuring numerous third-party management contracts. Total assets secured by him exceed $400 million. Mark is also actively co-developing a 5-star spa resort hotel in Israel. Expected to open in 2025, the property will feature 155 oceanfront rooms and be operated by Dan Hotels.
Mark is the proud father of three grown children and loves to spend time with them, their spouses, and his grandchildren.

Lawrence’s career has solely focused on real estate and finance. At Franklin BSP Realty Trust (NYSE: FBRT, "FBRT"), Lawrence was involved in the origination and underwriting of real estate transactions (over $1B), significantly dealing with hotels. Prior to FBRT, Mr. Margolis worked at Cushman & Wakefield in their Hospitality and Valuation Department, where he advised and authored appraisals for hotels throughout the New York Tri-State area. Before his last position in Cushman & Wakefield’s Hospitality & Valuation Department, Mr. Margolis was a rotational associate in their first ever PREP Program at Cushman & Wakefield, where he worked in a variety of roles across the firm’s office leasing, investment sales, as well as equity, debt, and structured finance divisions. Lawrence earned his B.S in Finance and Entrepreneurship from the University of Miami.
Based in Lower Manhattan, when he’s not in the office, Lawrence enjoys running along the West Side Highway, attending live music events, and relaxing with friends and family.

Steve held various operations, sales, and marketing positions with IHG Hotels & Resorts, including Senior VP of Operations with QSL. His general management experience includes Marriott Garden Grove, CA; Hilton, Marco Island, FL; Doubletree Hotel Chicago-O’Hare/Rosemont; and other high-profile properties.
Hailing originally from Philadelphia, P.A., Steve holds a B.S. in Hotel & Restaurant Management from Widener, PA. He has sat on various boards, including the CVB of Anaheim, CA, and the YMCA of Marco Island. He enjoys all types of aerobic exercise and grilling out for his family and friends.

Prior to joining Reade Hotel Management, Jenn directed sales and marketing operations for a full-service Hilton hotel while at The Dow Hotel Company. Here, she implemented both group, transient, and catering strategies, developing and executing them to drive top-line revenue and facilitate customer acquisition. She was responsible for aggressively growing the hotel’s revenues, providing strong year-over-year growth. Jenn was able to achieve these goals by setting high standards, hiring top performers, mentoring, and celebrating successes. One of her significant accomplishments was being a member of the project team that planned and executed a multimillion-dollar property renovation, contributing to the property's design, culture, and rebranding. Driven by a passion for sales, marketing, and people, she is responsible for maximizing revenues, increasing market share, and assisting with implementing initiatives aligned with revenue and service goals.
Jenn loves giving back to the community and is highly involved in organizations such as Laurel House Domestic Violence Shelter, Cradles to Crayons, and Philadelphia PowerPlay. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her family and friends, and she is passionate about health and fitness activities.

Prior to Reade, Jen served as Corporate Director of Hotel Accounting at ASH NYC, where she led financial operations across a multi-property platform and played a central role in systems implementation, team development, and cross-functional reporting. Her ability to bridge on-the-ground operational insight with strategic financial oversight stems from a unique career path that began in hotel management before moving into senior finance roles.
Jen holds an MBA in Hospitality, Restaurants, and Tourism from the University of New Orleans and a BA in Political Science from Louisiana State University. Originally from New Orleans, she enjoys going to live music events and staying active through various sports—always bringing a healthy dose of competitive spirit.

Before her position at Reade Hotel Management, Trista held roles with esteemed brands, including the iconic Waldorf Astoria, Sonesta International Hotels, Marriott International, and the Ruby Slipper Restaurant Group. Throughout her career, she has successfully managed multiple hotel conversions and restaurant openings, working closely with Corporate Leadership to implement the company’s mission and values, ensuring alignment and engagement across the organization.
Trista is actively involved in the local Society of Human Resources chapter and participates in various workforce and community committees in Jefferson Parish and Orleans Parish, Louisiana. Her commitment to community engagement and professional development highlights her dedication to the field of Human Resources.
Among the highlights of her career, Trista considers her participation in various industry initiatives to be significant milestones that have influenced her approach to human resources management. She is responsible for developing and implementing HR strategies that foster a positive workplace culture and support the growth and success of both employees and the organization. In her leisure time, Trista enjoys experimenting with cuisine and spending time with friends and family, especially her son.

Murray most recently served as Founder and Principal of The Dow Hotel Company (DHC), a Seattle-based hotel ownership, investment, and management firm overseeing a portfolio of upscale, full-service properties across the U.S. Under his leadership, DHC built a reputation for innovation, operational excellence, and a people-first approach to the hospitality industry.
A graduate of Western Washington University with a BA in Economics, Murray serves as Chairman of the Center for Excellence in Management Education (CEME) at WWU’s College of Business and Economics. He has been honored with numerous accolades, including Distinguished Executive by Sigma Iota Epsilon (2007) and Distinguished Alumnus of the College of Business and Economics (2013).
Dow’s career path exemplifies upward mobility and extensive experience—from the management development program at Westin’s Benson Hotel, to senior leadership roles at Four Seasons properties, including the Ritz-Carlton Chicago, and later as Managing Director for Christensen Hotels. He went on to become the opening General Manager of the Boca Raton Marriott and Executive Vice President of HEI Hotels, where he helped grow the company from one to twenty properties, generating over $200 million in revenue.
A recognized thought leader in the industry, Dow is a member of Seattle’s Lodging Roundtable and a frequent speaker at hospitality and travel forums. Beyond the boardroom, he is deeply involved in charitable and community initiatives and is a proud father of three daughters.

Yuval founded Brash Concepts in 1980 after graduating from Columbia University’s School of Engineering and Applied Sciences. For over 40 years, Yuval has been at the forefront of the Information Age, working for Silicon Valley firms such as Tandem Computer and Compaq, as well as industry leaders including Philips Electronics and KPMG Consulting.
Yuval is also a Chief Technical Officer at Brash Concepts. There, Yuval is developing new technical solutions for data center infrastructure and business continuity service offerings. As cyberattacks proliferate and new security breaches emerge, Yuval has implemented new technology related to information security, incident response, and digital forensics.
In his free time, he enjoys being a member of the Contingency Planning Exchange, the Cable & Telecommunications Association for Marketing, CTIA (The Wireless Association), and the National Cable and Telecommunications Association. Yuval is also an avid skier and tennis player.
